Healthcare Solutions Consultant

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of successful consultative B2B sales or business development experience. Experience selling healthcare, employee benefits, occupational health, wellness programs, HR solutions, or related services. An established professional network within the Southeastern United States, particularly among employee benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, employers, or healthcare industry partners. Demonstrated ability to generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, and regional networking. Experience working with employers and executive-level decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivation, organization, and effective time management. Ability to travel as needed. Preferred Experience Employer-sponsored healthcare Occupational health Population health or preventative care programs Employee benefits consulting Direct Primary Care (DPC) or advanced primary care Established relationships within the regional employer and benefits consulting community CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies Who You Are You naturally build trust and enjoy creating meaningful relationships.
