Machine Operator

Schedule: rotating days, afternoons and nights

Wage: $22.66/hour

Key Responsibilities: • Operate manufacturing and production equipment following standard operating procedures • Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are consistently met • Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for inspections • Complete production reports and related documentation accurately • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment • Follow all workplace health & safety policies and procedures • Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives • Assist with additional production-related duties as required

Qualifications: • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment • Good attention to detail and quality standards • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Strong commitment to workplace safety • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
