Pay & Schedule Average Annual Pay: $84,000 Average Weekly Pay: $1,600 Pay Rate: $0.62–$0.66 CPM Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Doubles Pay: $40 per doubles load Annual Raises: $0.01 CPM increases until reaching $0.66 CPM Safety Training: $20 per hour Miles: Approximately 1,700 per week Schedule: Monday–Friday Start Times: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM Average Shift: 12 hours Home Time: Daily Job Details Dedicated local retail delivery account Haul products in dry van and pup trailers Deliver to stores throughout WA, OR, and ID Approximately 50% of loads are doubles Combination of drop-and-hook and customer live unloads Average of 8 drop-and-hook stops and 2 live-unload stops per week One delivery location requires liftgate unloading, averaging 2 visits per week May be assigned to assist other accounts as needed Assigned automatic day cab; truck must remain at the account during time off Job Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience Clean driving record Valid DOT Medical Card No SAP drivers Doubles endorsement required within 60 days of hire Must be willing and able to chain when weather conditions require it Must be comfortable with liftgate unloading and securing doubles trailers Must be flexible to assist other accounts when needed
