International SOX Compliance Analyst

We are seeking an International SOX Compliance Analyst to support our Company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program in the EMEA region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure an effective internal control environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess business risks

Design, document, and maintain internal controls

Support remediation plans for deficiencies

Assist in compliance-related projects

Stay updated on regulatory developments

Coordinate SOX testing activities

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

2-5 years of experience in SOX compliance or related functions

Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and industry regulations

Strong analytical and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally
