Mileage/Stop Package based on experience: 5–24 months: $0.37 CPM + $40 spiff per customer-paid load 24–35 months: $0.38 CPM 35–44 months: $0.39 CPM 48–50 months: $0.41 CPM 50+ months: $0.43 CPM Night differential: +$0.05 CPM Weekend differential: +$0.12 CPM Hourly/Event Pay option: Days: $13.05/hour + $17.53 per pickup/drop-off event Nights: $15.55/hour + $19.58 per pickup/drop-off event Job Details Dedicated intermodal freight Local New Jersey routes First-seat experienced drivers Shift Details Weekend schedule: Saturday 1:00 AM through Monday 4:00 AM Home daily Night schedule: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM Monday-Friday Job Requirements Valid Class A CDL First-seat/experienced CDL-A driver Clean driving record DOT Medical Card No SAP Drivers
