IT Service Product manager for Material contracts and advanced planning

Job Description:

Digital (TD) delivers the digital expertise, technology and equipment for Airbus Defence and Space and Aerospace products – We make it fly!

You will be part of the "Digital Material Solutions" team. At Airbus Defence and Space, this international team focuses on software development, service and application management. Our team members come from a wide range of areas and aim to offer users professional systems and services.

In this area we develop systems to support the complete process of Sales of spares, Initial Provisioning, Planning and Demand, Costing and Pricing, Quotation, Order Administration, Delivery, and we design and develop system models to support the availability of material for In-Service Support (ISS) contract. With special focus in Performance based contracts.

You will be part of an international team with a high level of commitment, very enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated. In this department there is a great diversity of projects and direct contact with our client (Customer Services and external customers) allowing us to acquire a high level of knowledge of the business area, which helps to achieve greater success by providing IT Solutions.

In this frame, the jobholder will be responsible to maintain and evolve the System, making analysis of business requirements and functional design of the solution being involved in all phases of the product development (DevOps mind-set) to keep the Airbus IT landscape running smoothly, reliably, and efficiently.

TTask and main mission – Responsibility

Accountable for the End to End Product/Application or Service lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement including management of dependencies. Responsible for Multi Functional Teams formation in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle. Identify opportunities and create a product or a Service that satisfies the client/end user including Time, Quality and Cost of the Product.

Your main responsibilities will include

Leads the IT Product/Application or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA's Responsible for Continuous Release Management. Knowledge of DevOps is expected. Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and a ensures solutions that best serves both Ensures that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner Defines chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services Defines and go-to-market of the product and service (line) Required Skills

Negotiation of supplier contracts IT & Business Strategy Alignment Life Cycle Assessment of Digital Services Product Life Cycle Control Product/Service Planning Problem Solving Solution Deployment User Centricity Web development Cryptography Engineer (or equivalent graduate) in Informatics, Industrial or Aeronautic. You are familiar with Aeronautics topics and Spares Configuration. Knowledge in Digital and programming capabilities such as, SQL Server/Oracle, XML and schema documents, C/C#/Java/JSP, HTML/CSS/JS/TS, Big Data, Analytics, … is a big plus. You are known for your good coordination and relational skills, your tenacity, your good presentation skills (both oral and written), and your high adaptability-flexibility. You are able to take ownership. Negotiation level of Spanish and English is required. Good communication skills Export Control knowledge is a plus A security clearance is required for this activity or must be issued by the responsible authorities. Not a 100% match? No reason to worry!
