Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and sound judgment. Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage purchase requisitions and process invoices. Coordinate meetings and logistics to support the smooth execution of day-to-day priorities. Support office and departmental activities, including planning, moves, and other administrative requirements. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working. Stakeholder Engagement & Event Coordination
Build strong, collaborative relationships with executives, leaders, and administrative teams across Canada and the United States. Coordinate executive and business events, ensuring seamless planning, communication, and execution. Represent the SVP & COO’s office professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:
Significant administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, complex environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Comfort using emerging AI and digital tools to improve productivity and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
