Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Alaska

Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

We are looking for an LMFT licensed in Alaska to work with individuals, couples, and families. You may be helping a couple work through communication issues, supporting a family during a difficult transition, or meeting with an individual dealing with stress at home. The focus of the role is simple: provide consistent therapy, understand what each client needs, and help them work through the issues bringing them to treatment.

Responsibilities

Meet with individuals, couples, and families for therapy sessions Talk through relationship, family, and personal concerns Help clients identify goals they want to work on Provide practical guidance and support during sessions Keep notes and client records up to date Review how things are going and make changes when needed Refer clients to other services when appropriate Follow Alaska licensing and professional requirements Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. LMFT license in Alaska required. Experience working with a variety of clients. Strong ability to work collaboratively with others. A commitment to professional ethics and growth. Benefits
