Product Program Management Associate Analyst

Responsible for development and management of assigned Club product and programs. Performs analysis designed to analyze and monitor the competitive landscape, product/program performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor trends in sales, growth, profitability, service quality, and other key metrics of assigned product lines. Prepares data analysis, research findings and results of trends monitoring to direct manager to form and present recommendations to management. Supports product manager with multiple project activities across functional groups/divisions.

Job Duties

Product / Program Management. Provide product and process recommendations to the Product / Program manager for assigned markets. Establish and meet product line goals. Complete ongoing analysis of results to identify performance improvement opportunities. Develop and implement course correction initiatives. Assist with the development of short and long-term plans to improve performance for all existing product lines within the assigned market(s), including identifying and penetrating additional target markets. Market and promote product line. May support and train sales staff where applicable. Participate in devising sales channel strategies. Track revenue and margins. Track industry and competitive trends, product segmentation and market share. May manage promotion programs and coordinate internal resources to support promotional activities. May position products in local markets and initiate measures for product cost containment and cost reduction. Product / Program Development. Support the development, planning, and implementation of product development for assigned products. Contribute toward developing innovative and creative solutions that meet existing market needs, increases the value of current products and/or introduce new product/service opportunities. Utilizes trends, and developments in the marketplace and voice of the customer research to recommend product and service offerings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting thorough market analysis and research, defining product features and workflows, developing and implementing new product features, developing distribution plans, creating cost-benefit analysis, working with marketing to create a marketing plan and appropriate support materials, and interfacing with both internal and external resources to implement programs on time and within budget. If assigned a partner program, responsibilities will include vendor management and ensure partner information is accurately reflected on all collateral materials and websites across partners and clubs. Analytics. Perform and/or review analysis designed to identify gaps and understand our performance and how it compares to the market and our competition. Strategic Planning. Make recommendations regarding the development of strategic plans and monitor the implementation of the strategic business plans for the market(s), product(s) or program(s). Research markets and competitors for business opportunities and monitor integration of product line with the Club’s MRM strategy. Reports findings and recommendations to management. Project Management. Act as project manager and provide leadership in the implementation of product management strategic initiatives for assigned market(s). Ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. Ensure that success metrics are met and reported after the project is implemented. Participate in development of annual budget and forecast for assigned market(s), product(s) or program(s). Cross-Functional Leadership. Work with multiple areas of the organization (including the product distribution channels, sales, operations, finance, ETD, etc.) to facilitate the development, execution, establishment of goals, and success of all product line initiatives. Monitor, evaluate, and communicate on progress against targeted goals and make recommendations to attain assigned objectives. Responsible for determining and synthesizing appropriate analysis to determine proper course of action regarding various product and program proposals. Significant latitude in determining how to conduct the research and determine recommendations. Reviews proposals with manager to gain concurrence. Qualifications

Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred less than 1 year Product management, product development or related experience Required Knowledge of AAA products and operations highly desired. Advanced ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans required. Advanced ability required in defining and leading implementation of new processes. Requires advanced ability to coordinate and control major projects. Requires advanced ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Requires ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data. Advanced organization, planning, and problem resolution skills required. If assigned product is insurance then knowledge of P&C insurance products required.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$64,500.00 - $86,100.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
