We are seeking an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt to lead enterprise process improvement, documentation, governance, and operational transformation initiatives. This role will partner with executive leaders, Finance, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve business processes, systems, controls, reporting, and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate is a practical change leader who can assess complex operations, clearly document current and future-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and turn findings into measurable business results. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

Verifiable Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification through ASQ or GE At least seven years of process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation experience At least three years of hands-on experience operating as a Black Belt or Master Black Belt Direct process improvement experience within mergers, acquisitions, or post-acquisition integrations Strong process documentation experience, including process maps, workflows, procedures, ownership models, system dependencies, and control plans Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and sustainment Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives, business leaders, technical teams, and process owners Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and benefit-tracking frameworks Excellent facilitation, presentation, analytical, and change leadership skills Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies Map and document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, handoffs, systems, controls, and ownership Identify root causes, bottlenecks, duplication, manual work, unnecessary handoffs, and operational risks Develop clear recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, and control plans Facilitate process reviews, Kaizen events, root-cause sessions, and cross-functional workshops Partner with stakeholders and business owners to define priorities, establish accountability, and gain support for organizational change Maintain accurate and usable documentation for processes, systems, integrations, data flows, and automation Assess the downstream impact of proposed process, system, reporting, and technology changes Support M&A due diligence and integration planning by evaluating processes, systems, applications, controls, risks, and opportunities for consolidation Develop future-state integration and process improvement roadmaps with clear priorities, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes Partner with Finance and business leaders to connect improvement initiatives to revenue, margin, cost, productivity, quality, and EBITDA Track and communicate projected, realized, and sustained business benefits Coach process owners and employees on continuous improvement methods and support the development of Yellow Belt training Preferred Qualifications

Experience with application portfolio management, system governance, automation, or application rationalization Experience supporting technology or operational due diligence during mergers and acquisitions Experience developing RACI models, SIPOCs, value-stream maps, process taxonomies, and control plans Familiarity with CRM, ERP, CPQ, business intelligence, workflow automation, RPA, APIs, and data governance Experience creating continuous improvement or Six Sigma training content Change management, business architecture, project management, or program management certification Success in This Role
