JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders and meal tickets Set up, stock, and load meal carts for delivery to patient care areas Delivers patient meal trays accurately and timely throughout the hospital Ensures meal accuracy and compliance with dietary requirements Manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and reliability Works effectively both independently and as part of a team Follows food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards Customer Service Provides courteous service to patients, families, and staff Addresses customer needs and escalates concerns when appropriate Demonstrates a positive, service-focused attitude Communication Communicates professionally with patients, families, staff, and care teams Shares information accurately to support meal service operations Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient meal delivery Physical Requirements Stands and walks for extended periods Pushes and maneuvers meal carts throughout the hospital Lifts and carries food trays and supplies Maintains safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
