岗位描述： 负责工厂电气设备的维护、故障诊断与运行支持，持续提升设备可靠性，确保生产安全稳定运行。 1、 负责工厂电气设备的巡检、故障诊断、维修、运行保障及技术改进支持工作。 2、 执行电气设备预防性维护和定期保养，提高设备可靠性和运行效率。 3、 参与停车检修、大修、抢修及技术改造项目，完成电气设备安装、维修、调试和恢复运行工作。 4、 参与电气设备维护管理及维修计划制定与实施，并对设备安全性、可靠性及运行性能提出改进建议。 5、 对设备运行优化、故障预防及工作流程改进提出合理化建议，推动持续改善。 6、 严格遵守SHE要求，参加安全会议及相关安全活动，及时报告安全隐患和事故。 7、 及时向相关领导反馈现场实际情况及不符合安全要求的行为。 8、 落实作业许可、能量隔离等安全措施，负责承包商检维修作业的现场协调与安全监督。 9、 参与值班及应急抢修工作，及时处理生产现场电气故障，保障装置连续、安全、稳定运行。 岗位要求： 1、全日制本科及以上学历，电气工程、电气自动化、自动化控制、机电一体化等相关专业。 2、熟悉电气设备运行原理及PLC控制系统，具备电气及PLC基础知识，能够识读P&ID、电气原理图及控制图纸。 3、具有2年以上化工行业电气设备维护、故障诊断或自动化控制相关经验，持高压或低压电工证者优先。 4、能够识别电气设备运行风险，具备较强的责任心、执行力和学习能力，能够适应团队协作和现场检维修工作。
