Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents Administer medications and treatments, including wound care, per physician orders Assess residents, update care plans and communicate changes to the physician and family Supervise and delegate to LPNs and GNAs/CNAs on the unit; document accurately

Requirements

Must have 1 year of RN experience, long-term care or rehab preferred Active and unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license (or multistate compact where accepted) Active BLS Certification (AHA only) Negative TB within last 12 months Hep B Series or Titer MMR Series or Titer Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer Varicella Series or Titer
