Now, we're looking for an Admin & Onboarding Associate-Cavite to manage our daily office operations.

Office Administration: Manage the physical office environment, including equipment maintenance and supply procurement. Budgeting: Oversee the annual budget for office supplies and corporate events. Information Management: Organized filing systems for all physical and digital records, plans, and documents. Talent Acquisition: Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for office staff and Bikers. Operational Support (BAU): Direct daily operations such as data entry, ID production, kit assembly, and equipment distribution. Inventory Control: Monitor and audit stock levels for general supplies, company assets, and Biker kits. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or any related field. 2 years of related working experience; experience working with or within government agencies is a plus. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Forms). Benefits
