🧾 Job Description

Industry: Hardscaping / Construction Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Seasonal – approximately 8 months, with potential for permanent employment based on performance

🔧 Position Details

Role: Hardscape Laborer

Pay Rate

• $18 per hour

Schedule

• Monday through Friday • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM • Saturday work may be available depending on project needs

✈️ Housing & Relocation Support

• Housing available for approximately $150 per week • Transportation support available • Relocation/travel expenses may be reimbursed according to the established relocation process

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Install pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor hardscape structures • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Follow project plans and supervisor instructions • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites • Report job-site hazards or incidents to the supervisor • Perform physically demanding outdoor construction and hardscaping work

📋 Job Requirements

• Previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented • Basic English communication skills • Ability to follow workplace and job-site safety procedures • Must successfully complete required background screening • Must successfully complete required drug screening
