For more than 75 years, we have been proud to serve the U.S. military with dedicated travel support. We are now seeking motivated new talent to join our team and provide exceptional leisure travel services for our European clients based onsite in Grafenwoehr.

What You’ll Do

Provide a wide range of leisure travel services (air, bus, hotel, rental car, vacation packages, cruises) Assist military, government, and authorized clients with travel needs Prepare travel plans via phone, email, fax, or in person Create fare quotations based on client requirements and account rules Use preferred vendor programs when arranging travel (SABRE/Bistro/Cruise compass) Prepare travel documents for daily processing and delivery Resolve basic travel-related problems Book domestic and international reservations, both manually and via automated systems Issue complete, exchange and refund accurate travel documents Resolve moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges, and complex fares

What We’re Looking For

Strong ability to handle accurate and efficient travel bookings via SABRE/BISTRO/Cruise compass Experience or comfort with reservation systems (air, hotel, car, tour packages, cruises) Excellent communication skills (German and English) across phone, email and in-person channels Customer‑service focus; especially supporting military/government travelers High attention to detail when issuing tickets and documents Ability to follow contractual requirements and internal guidelines Basic problem‑solving skills for travel related issues Reliability and ability to work with supervision Willingness to perform accounting and administrative tasks Motivation to meet or exceed performance goals #AmexGBTJobs
