Pay: $14+/hr | Bi-Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule | On-Call Required | Urgently Hiring

Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs for a role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support.

What You’ll Do

Provide quality, compassionate care to clients

Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage

Support onboarding and training of new caregivers

Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field

Assist with calls and day-to-day office coordination

Help maintain consistent, high-quality client care

Lead by example with professionalism and reliability

Requirements

5+ years of caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Lead Caregiver experience

At least 18 years old

Strong communication and leadership skills

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Bilingual skills are a plus
