This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role where the software you ship directly affects how efficiently products move through the warehouse and how internal teams manage operations.
Sample Projects:
Backend Modernization & Service Migration - Core business logic currently runs in a legacy scripting environment with reliability and observability limitations.
Data Model & Persistence Upgrades - Operational data currently lives in lightweight tooling not designed for scale.
Operational Workflow Rebuilds - Several high-volume workflows require redesign to support increased complexity and transaction scale.
End-to-End Visibility Enhancements - There is a clear opportunity to extend system visibility across the physical fulfillment chain.

You don’t wait for perfect requirements; you ask the right questions, make reasonable decisions, and keep moving. You’re collaborative without being dependent. You can work independently for stretches and sync up effectively when it matters.
