Solution Architect

Qualifications - Must Have

Knowledge of Software Development processes/lifecycle Strong experience working with engineering teams and other stakeholders Experience with requirements engineering, business analysis, and solution design Strong understanding of software architecture Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to work independently, an interest in understanding Cubris as a whole and a desire to help us improve our ways of working Qualifications - Nice to Have

Rail domain knowledge Experience with Quality, V-models, EN, ISO, etc. Your tasks:

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, customers, and stakeholders to understand business needs Lead large initiatives from idea to requirements to design Design and document architecture for products Support estimation, risk assessment, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives and customer opportunities Create and review product requirements (assist Product Manager in describing features in pre-sales activities) Translate product requirements into solution designs to be implemented by engineering teams Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, feasible, and aligned with the product strategy before development begins Identify gaps between customer needs and existing product capabilities and recommend product enhancements or configuration approaches Ensure architectural designs support cybersecurity compliance requirements Engage in customer-facing discussions regarding solution design, integrations, and technical capabilities (post-sale)
