Where do these jobs come from?: The listings come from company career sites. Litos checks these boards daily and removes closed postings after a successful check detects the change. Confirm that a role is still available on the employer's application page.
What do the dates and salary ranges mean?: Posted is the employer's publish date, updated is the employer's last edit, and found is when Litos first saw the listing. Pay appears only when the posting supplies it. A card can group the same role across several locations.
Does the visa filter guarantee sponsorship?: No. A posting can explicitly offer sponsorship, or the employer can have a history of H-1B filings. Read the evidence label and the employer's requirements for the specific role. Explore jobs at companies with sponsorship evidence.
Can I change the application before it goes out?: Yes. Review and edit the prepared application in Litos. Automatic sending is an optional setting. In the extension, a countdown lets you cancel. Learn how to control automatic sending.
