Jobs at companies that sponsor visas.

58,191 open jobs · refreshed daily

These are open US jobs at employers that sponsor visas: either the posting says visa sponsorship is available, or the company has H-1B filings on record with the US government. Postings Litos identifies as refusing sponsorship or requiring US citizenship are excluded even at companies with filings. Check the employer's current requirements before applying. A filing record is historical evidence, not a promise for one particular role, so read each posting before you apply. The list refreshes every day from each company's own job board.

How this list is built.

A job is listed when its posting says visa sponsorship is available, or when the company has H-1B filings on record and the posting does not say otherwise. The filings are approved H-1B petitions in the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub for fiscal years 2021 to 2023, and labor condition applications the Department of Labor certified in fiscal year 2025. (USCIS: H-1B Employer Data Hub)

The two records say different things. An approved petition means USCIS approved the employer's request to hire someone on an H-1B. A labor condition application comes first: the employer names the role, the worksite and the wage, and must include the certified application with its petition. It is the weaker sign, and the more recent one. (USCIS: H-1B specialty occupations)

Companies are matched to filings by their legal names, and when a match is uncertain the company is left out rather than guessed. A US filing record is only applied to US roles. The jobs refresh every day from each company's own job board; the filing data changes when Litos adds a newer government year.

OPT, CPT and H-1B jobs for international students.

On an F-1 student visa, your first work permission usually comes through your school and USCIS rather than an employer. After the first academic year, USCIS lists three kinds of off-campus work: Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT) and the STEM OPT extension. Each has to be authorized before you start, and your Designated School Official is part of that. (USCIS: Students and employment (CPT and OPT))

OPT is temporary employment directly related to your major. You apply for it yourself on Form I-765 and can start once USCIS approves it and you hold the Employment Authorization Document. Up to 12 months are available, and students with a qualifying STEM degree can apply for a 24-month extension. (USCIS: Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 students)

H-1B is different: it is for a specialty occupation, which generally needs at least a bachelor's degree in a related field, and the employer files the petition. Initial OPT and CPT do not require an employer-filed H-1B petition, but each has its own authorization requirements. (USCIS: H-1B specialty occupations)

STEM OPT requires employer participation in E-Verify and a Form I-983 training plan completed with the student. Future sponsorship needs depend on your circumstances; check with your Designated School Official. (USCIS: STEM OPT extension)

Internships at companies that sponsor visas, for CPT and summer rolesHow to answer the sponsorship question on an application

Questions.

What does "companies that sponsor visas" mean here?

One of two things. Either the posting itself says visa sponsorship is available, or the company has H-1B filings on record: approved H-1B petitions in the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub for fiscal years 2021 to 2023, and labor condition applications the Department of Labor certified in fiscal year 2025. Neither is a promise to sponsor you for a particular role.

Do OPT jobs need sponsorship?

Initial OPT generally does not require an employer-filed H-1B petition: the student applies for work authorization. STEM OPT has additional employer requirements, including E-Verify participation and a completed Form I-983 training plan. If you will need an employer-filed status later, answer the application's future-sponsorship question accordingly and confirm with your Designated School Official.

What does "require sponsorship" mean on an application?

It asks whether the employer would have to file immigration paperwork, such as an H-1B petition, for you to work for them now or at any point later. If OPT covers you today but you would need an H-1B to stay, the honest answer is usually yes. Confirm your answer with your international student office.

How to answer the sponsorship question

How do I find companies that sponsor H-1B?

Search the employer in the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub, which lists approved petitions by fiscal year, and in the Department of Labor's labor condition application data. Companies often file under a legal name that differs from the brand, so try that too. This page does the join for open roles: every job here is at an employer with a filing on record, or its posting says it sponsors.

Why does a company I know sponsors not appear?

Either it has no US jobs open on its board today, or Litos does not read its board yet. Companies also file H-1Bs under legal names that differ from the brand, and when Litos cannot match a name it leaves the company out rather than guess.

Where do these jobs come from?

From each company's own job board. The Litos job monitor reads those boards every day, and removes a closed role after a successful refresh detects the change. Confirm availability on the employer's site before applying.
