Ready to take ownership of a product line and make an impact?

As the Product Manager for our Metal Core product line, you’ll be more than a product expert, you’ll be a key strategic partner for Sales and an influential voice across the division. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and turn customer and market insights into results.

Your work will have a direct impact on how we serve customers and grow the business across industries including heavy equipment, general manufacturing, construction and fabrication, oil and gas, and truck and trailer.

How you will make an impact:

Lead Product Strategy & Market Positioning - Develop and execute overall product vision and strategy to drive profitable above-market growth. Own the Product Lifecycle - Own and execute product lifecycle plans for the Metal Core portfolio, from strategy through launch and long-term performance. Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Marketing to deliver product solutions and maintain market leadership. Support Sales & Elevate Customer Engagement - Lead and integrate Voice of Customer (VOC), competitive intelligence, and market research to validate product concepts and guide roadmap decisions. Influence Strategic Planning - Ensure product strategy balances customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred 3+ years of manufacturing product management or relevant experience (non-software products)

Compensation for this role will be market competitive. Actual compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
