Job Description The Regional Managing Director is a senior client and business development leader who manages and grows relationships with Matter families. You serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, bring the right Matter resources to each relationship, and develop new business to support the firm's growth in your region.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship leader and trusted advisor for HNW/UHNW client families Understand each family's goals, priorities, dynamics, and evolving needs Build relationships across generations and with each family's outside advisors Deepen existing relationships by introducing additional Matter capabilities Develop new business through personal networks, centers of influence, and referral sources Lead prospective client meetings and presentations, partnering with the Chief Strategy Officer on strategic prospects Collaborate with investment advisory, family learning, and client service professionals Help develop the regional team and serve as a senior escalation point for client matters

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, family office, private banking, or related financial services Significant experience advising HNW/UHNW families and managing complex, long-term relationships Proven business development, networking, and relationship origination Strong understanding of the interconnected needs of affluent families Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with sound judgment Ability to collaborate across investment, planning, and specialist teams Proven discretion with highly confidential client and family matters Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional credentials preferred
