Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst at Open Box, you will join our Cape Town team and work with clients across the United States and United Kingdom, with the potential for occasional travel to client sites. This is a varied, client-facing role where you will translate open-ended business problems into practical technology solutions; running workshops, shaping requirements, designing solutions and staying close to delivery. You will work with end users, technical teams and senior stakeholders alike, and you will be equally comfortable in a requirements session, a solution design discussion or a conversation with a client executive.

Responsibilities:

Identify and articulate technology solutions to complex, open-ended business problems

Gather requirements and design solutions, including facilitating client workshops

Compile project artifacts such as user requirement specifications and project definitions

Lead process re-engineering and product selection initiatives

Support change management to ensure solutions are adopted and sustained

Develop business cases, statements of work and pricing quotes

Manage the development team or support the project manager through delivery

Build and grow client relationships, representing Open Box within client environments

Develop new business streams within existing client accounts

Present at industry events and conferences, building expertise in commercial real estate processes and practices (both US & EU)
