We are looking for experienced and results-driven Freelance Recruiters to collaborate with our HR team on various recruitment projects.

The ideal candidates will have strong sourcing and screening skills, access to professional networks, and the ability to identify and attract qualified candidates for different positions.

This is a fully remote, success-based opportunity where recruiters are compensated for each successful placement, with the potential for ongoing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates based on the job requirements provided by our HR team. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, qualifications, communication skills, and suitability. Present shortlisted candidates who meet the required hiring criteria. Coordinate with the internal HR team throughout the interview and selection process. Ensure candidates are fully informed about job responsibilities, salary expectations, and employment conditions. Maintain regular communication and provide updates on recruitment progress. Manage multiple recruitment assignments while maintaining high candidate quality. Provide one suitable replacement at no additional cost if a placed candidate leaves or is deemed unsuitable within the agreed guarantee period. Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting. Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify talent. Ability to conduct effective candidate screenings and assess suitability for different roles. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines. Experience recruiting for sales, business development, marketing, or technology-related positions is an advantage. Benefits

Placement Fee: $50 USD for each successfully hired candidate. Payment Terms: The placement fee will be payable once the hired candidate successfully completes their first 15 calendar days of employment. 15-Day Replacement Guarantee: If a placed candidate leaves or is deemed unsuitable due to performance or role-related concerns within the first 15 calendar days, the freelance recruiter will be responsible for providing one suitable replacement at no additional recruitment fee. Replacement Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to layoffs, organizational restructuring, or business-related decisions unrelated to the candidate's performance or suitability. One Free Replacement: The replacement obligation is limited to one replacement per original placement. No Fixed Salary: This is a freelance, success-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary or retainer. Flexible Working Arrangement: Recruiters can work remotely and manage their own schedules.
