Job Purpose As a Recruiter at VulcanForms, you will play an important role in supporting the growth of a high-priority, advanced technology program. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical and operational roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and help drive efficient hiring processes. Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to support offer development, hiring processes, and recruiting initiatives. Adapt to changing hiring priorities while effectively managing multiple requisitions and competing deadlines. Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the applicant tracking system. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities Ability to effectively assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and role requirements Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and employment-related compliance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to work independently while partnering closely with hiring managers Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting employer branding, career fairs, recruiting events, or other talent initiatives Experience recruiting across multiple departments, functions, or geographic locations VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $100,000.
