Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports. Handle VAT accounting, VAT returns, and VAT/tax refund claims in compliance with applicable regulations. Review supporting documents and ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax refund submissions. Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Monitor project-related costs, expenses, and financial transactions, particularly for real estate or construction projects. Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities when required. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in Real Estate or Construction is required/preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Practical experience with VAT and tax refund procedures. Good understanding of Saudi tax and VAT regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English
