Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Oversees and organizes the executive’s schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and events align with organizational priorities and business objectives. Travel Coordination: Arranges complex travel itineraries, including international travel, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring seamless execution. Communication Facilitation: Manages incoming and outgoing communications, drafting correspondence and ensuring timely responses to stakeholders. Meeting Preparation: Creates agendas, organizes logistics, records meeting notes, and tracks action items to facilitate productive leadership meetings. Proactiveness: Identifies and addresses issues, sharing options and information in potentially challenging and unique situations. Cross Department Collaboration: Partners with other departments to integrate site initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless operational synergy. In a flexible and cross-trained teaming environment, be actively in sitewide decision making

Time Management: Skilled in balancing competing demands and optimizing executive schedules. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for executive-level correspondence. Travel Coordination: Proficient in managing complex travel arrangements for domestic and international trips. Judgment & Discretion: Experienced in handling confidential matters with professionalism and trust. Relationship Management: Adept at fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Capable of anticipating challenges and implementing proactive solutions. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using office software, communication tools, and systems relevant to executive support. Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Event Coordination: Skilled in planning and executing executive-level meetings and events. Adaptability: Adjusts and anticipates changing priorities and procedures within a dynamic, high visibility environment.
