First Focus is Australia’s best Managed Service Provider (MSP), with around 450 technical professionals across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. We’ve been growing for more than 15 years by consistently winning new clients and raising the bar on what an MSP should be.
About the role
This is a people-focused role where no two days will be the same. You’ll manage the day-to-day office experience, support employee engagement and help create a workplace where people feel happy, connected and valued.
You’ll work closely with our Chief People Officer, executive team and other Office and Branch Managers across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

What you’ll be doing
Managing the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane office Supporting executive team members with scheduling and communications Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for new employees Helping organise social events, travel and team activities Supporting employee engagement, recognition and workplace initiatives Managing office facilities, vendors, equipment and our Tesla fleet Administering people-related systems, including our LMS and engagement platforms Working collaboratively with our Gold Coast Office Manager and wider People team Supporting branch offices in other states Being a positive influence in the office and helping maintain a great team culture Catching those curve balls when they come What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
Is down-to-earth, organised and enthusiastic Has experience in office management, executive assistance or a similar role Has strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Has strong communication and facilitation skills Loves being around people and helping others feel supported Has high emotional intelligence and a good sense of humour Relates strongly to the First Focus values Has experience in HR or other people-focused functions, or a genuine interest in people and culture Has easy access to our Brisbane CBD office, as this is primarily an office-based role Benefits
