We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline focusing on consumables and selected systems opportunities. Use effective questioning techniques to understand customer requirements. Sales Execution: Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers. Closing Sales: Negotiate and close deals with prospects for consumables and selected system opportunities. Follow up with potential customers to address any concerns and finalize agreements. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM software (SFDC) with accurate customer information and sales activities. Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts. Reporting: Generate sales reports and present them to the management team. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications Bilingual with English as the primary language. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are tech savvy and have advanced working knowledge of key prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Proficient in CRM software (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You are a relationship builder, creative dealmaker, and a part of our growth trajectory. Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies. Understanding of the industry and market trends.
