Position

Within the CIB Back Office department, you will act as a key point of contact between business teams and technical teams. You will contribute to the optimization and digitalization of financing and operational processes, ensuring that developed solutions meet business needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to financing and back-office operations

Write clear functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for development teams

Coordinate work between business, development, and QA teams to ensure solution quality and relevance

Participate in functional testing and integration testing to validate developments

Contribute to functional documentation and internal procedures

Identify and propose improvements to existing operational processes

Work Environment

Join a team of approximately 60 consultants based in Paris 8th arrondissement

Permanent contract (CDI) – Immediate availability or to be agreed

Partial remote work depending on assignments
