All three apply for you, but they differ in how much you see first. JobCopilot lets you choose auto apply or review and searches company career pages for you. AIApply offers Auto, Hybrid and Review modes and bundles interview practice. LazyApply is built for bulk volume across job boards and is billed yearly.

Pick LazyApply if
Raw volume on boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Dice is the goal, you accept not checking each application, and a yearly plan suits you.

Litos publishes this page and makes a third option, so read this part as ours. Litos works one posting at a time: you pick the job, it tailors your resume from experience you gave it and fills the employer's application, including Workday page by page. By default you see the resume and every answer before it is sent; automatic sending is opt-in and stops when an answer is missing or conflicts with your profile.

Which is best: AIApply, JobCopilot or LazyApply?
It depends on how much you want to check before sending. JobCopilot and AIApply both offer a review option; LazyApply is built for volume. For tailored resumes, AIApply sells them as an add-on and JobCopilot includes them on Elite; LazyApply does not state that it tailors.
Which is cheapest?
It depends on how many applications each actually sends for you. LazyApply is billed yearly, from $99, with no free trial. AIApply starts at $49 a month for 100 applications. JobCopilot bills from $0.93 a day.
Do they work on Workday?
None of the three names Workday for its automatic applying. JobCopilot's extension listing names Workday for filling forms you submit yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Rarely. AIApply's Auto Apply is non-refundable once applications are submitted, JobCopilot refunds only technical issues reported in the first 7 days, and LazyApply refunds a first subscription within 30 days only if under 100 jobs were applied to and the product demonstrably failed.
