| Jobright | You, in the autofill extension. The Agent is described as submitting for you | Yes, with daily limits on the free plan | The extension names MyWorkdayJobs | Not published (paid plan: Jobright Turbo) | Free plan with daily credits |
| Litos | You, by default. Automatic sending is opt-in and stops when an answer needs you | Yes, from experience you gave it, nothing added | Filled page by page | Litos+ from $29.99 a week | No free plan |
| JobCopilot | Your choice: auto apply, or filled for your review | Elite plan only | Not named for auto apply; the extension listing names it | From $0.93 a day | Not stated; the extension needs a paid plan to autofill |

Free autofill you submit yourself
Simplify Copilot
Simplify Copilot is a free Chrome extension that fills applications and tracks them, with no limit on how many you fill. You review and press submit on every one. Simplify+ adds tailored resume versions, and Autopilot, in beta for a subset of Simplify+ members, applies to jobs you pick. Its help center says there is no review step before Autopilot submits, while its AI Talent Agent page says roles can be queued for your review, so check which one your account gets.
Check before you pay: Payments are non-refundable once active, and Simplify says dissatisfaction with AI-generated content is not grounds for a refund.

Finding US roles, with a free tier
Jobright
Jobright matches you to US roles, fills forms through a free extension, tailors resumes and suggests referrals. Its Agent can find, tailor and submit applications on your behalf, and Jobright says the Agent currently works best for tech and adjacent fields.
Check before you pay: There is no public pricing page, so check the price at checkout. First-time monthly and longer plans can be refunded within 7 calendar days.

A tailored resume and filled application you review first
Litos
Litos tailors a resume to each posting from your own experience and fills the employer's application, then waits for you to review it and press submit. Automatic sending is a setting you turn on: it sends on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Breezy and Recruitee, runs a 15-second countdown in the Chrome extension, can send as soon as its checks pass from the dashboard, and stops for missing or conflicting answers and human checks. On Workday it fills each page, and your Hold for my final press setting decides the last step.
Check before you pay: Litos publishes this page. It is newer than the other tools here, and each employer's forms differ, so some pages can still need you.

Daily applying to company career pages
JobCopilot
JobCopilot searches company career pages every 2 hours and applies to matches, or fills them for you to review. You can run up to 3 copilots, and its answers learn from your edits. Resume tailoring is on the Elite plan, where each version can be reviewed before it is sent.
Check before you pay: Refunds cover only a technical issue reported in the first 7 days of the subscription.

Auto apply plus interview coaching
AIApply
AIApply finds roles and applies in one of three modes, and bundles mock interviews, a live interview coach and an iPhone app. Its help center says tailored resumes have no pre-send approval step, and credits are charged only for successful submissions.
Check before you pay: Auto Apply is non-refundable once applications have been submitted, and unused credits are lost when you cancel.

The most applications for the money
LazyApply
LazyApply runs bots across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, Greenhouse and LinkedIn and applies in bulk, up to 1500 a day on its top plan. It is billed annually and also automates referral emails.
Check before you pay: Refunds need a first subscription, under 100 jobs applied and proof the product failed, within 30 days.

How we checked.
Every fact about another tool comes from that tool's own website, help center, terms or Chrome Web Store listing, read on 29 September 2026 and linked under each tool. We did not buy the other tools' paid plans, so this is a comparison of what each one states, not a hands-on test. Where a tool's pages disagree, we say so. Facts about Litos come from its own privacy policy and pricing page. Prices change often, so check the current price before you pay.
Questions.
What is the best auto apply tool?
It depends on who you want pressing submit. For free autofill you submit yourself, Simplify Copilot. For volume, LazyApply or JobCopilot. For a tailored resume and a filled application you review before it goes, Litos.
Which auto apply tools let you review before submitting?
Simplify Copilot and the Jobright extension always leave submit to you. JobCopilot and AIApply offer a review mode. Litos reviews by default, and its automatic sending is opt-in and stops when an answer needs you.
Is there a free auto apply tool?
Simplify Copilot and Jobright have free plans with autofill that you submit yourself. Check each tool's plan before you count on it sending for you.
Do auto apply tools work on Workday?
Simplify and Jobright name Workday for their autofill extensions, and Litos fills Workday page by page. JobCopilot's extension listing names Workday, but its auto apply does not. LazyApply and AIApply do not name Workday on their sites.
Is auto apply safe?
The risk is what gets sent under your name: a wrong answer to a work authorization question, or a generic resume sent to the wrong role. Use a tool that shows you what it answered, and keep automatic sending to roles you would apply to anyway.
