Pick Simplify if you want free, unlimited autofill and a job tracker and you are happy to press submit yourself. Pick Jobright if you want help finding US roles, match scores and referrals, with an Agent that can apply from its own job feed. Both have Chrome extensions that name Workday; the differences are in discovery, paid features and refunds.

You mainly want to discover US roles, see how well you match and find referrals. Jobright's free plan covers a lot, and its Agent can apply from Jobright's own feed. Jobright says the Agent works best for tech and adjacent fields.

Pick Simplify if

You want the strongest free autofill: no application limit, Workday named, a tracker and curated internship and new grad lists. If you pay, Simplify+ publishes its prices, from $0.99 a day on the 3-month plan.

A third option: Litos

Litos publishes this page and makes a third option, so read this part as ours. Litos starts from a job you choose, tailors your resume to that posting from experience you gave it, and fills the employer's application, including Workday page by page. By default you review the resume and every answer before anything is sent; automatic sending is opt-in and stops when an answer is missing. Litos has no free plan.

Is Jobright better than Simplify?

For finding jobs and referrals, Jobright does more. For free autofill and tracking, Simplify does more: its Copilot has no application limit on the free plan. Most people pick based on which of those two jobs they need done.
