When JobCopilot is the better pick
If you want set-and-forget discovery, JobCopilot is built for it: up to 3 copilots, up to 50 matches a day on Elite, and answers that learn from your edits. It also offers a review option before submitting.
When Litos fits better
If you pick your own jobs and want each resume tailored without paying for a top tier. JobCopilot says the career pages it auto applies on do not require a user account. Most Workday sites ask you to create one, and Litos fills those applications page by page once you are signed in.
Before you switch
JobCopilot's terms allow a refund only for a technical issue reported within the first 7 days of the subscription, and the team may extend service instead.
