When Jobright is the better pick
If you mainly want to discover US roles, see match scores and find referrals, Jobright's free plan and extension cover a lot. Its autofill extension lists MyWorkdayJobs, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Workable, and you press submit yourself. Jobright says its Agent currently works best for tech and adjacent fields.
When Litos fits better
If the application is the part you want done well: a resume tailored to each posting from what you have actually done, answers drawn from your saved profile, and a record of what was sent where. Litos asks when it has no answer instead of guessing, and sends on its own only when you turn that on.
Before you switch
Jobright's refund policy gives first-time monthly, quarterly and six-month plans a full refund within 7 calendar days, and weekly plans within 24 hours. You can cancel from your Jobright account, and it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Does Jobright work on Workday?
Jobright says its autofill extension works on MyWorkdayJobs, and you submit yourself. Litos fills Workday applications page by page from your profile and a tailored resume.
What is the best Jobright alternative?
