Define and track engineering excellence metrics that fit the team context, such as delivery predictability, quality, and team health. Support adoption of AI-assisted development practices within the organization, including identifying practical ways to improve planning, delivery, and team effectiveness. Contribute to incident reviews and help translate root-cause findings into architecture and process improvements. Collaborate on capacity planning and staffing decisions as priorities shift. Promote a learning environment that supports experimentation, reflection, and continuous improvement. Contribute to documentation and process clarity where it improves execution and alignment.
