Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, you will help provide assurance for Conagra's critical technology assets while securely enabling business functions. You will serve as a software development subject matter expert supporting a variety of ongoing projects and initiatives. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support business-focused service delivery.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities Promote the design and development of self-service and automated systems management and provisioning solutions. Build tools and processes that enable the business to move quickly while minimizing incidents and downtime. Act on tickets from outsourcing service providers and manage remediation and problem resolution activities through completion. Collaborate with third-party service partners to ensure business partner-centric service delivery. Ensure support capabilities are defined and maintained at appropriate service levels. Manage technology assets for assigned locations. Partner with multiple information technology teams to implement and support enterprise solutions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance technology performance, scalability, and reliability. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel domestically up to 15%.

Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience leading initiatives that are prioritized by business stakeholders. Experience partnering with multiple information technology organizations. Experience working with vendors and outsourced technology service providers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation skills. Effective planning and organizational skills. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment. Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset. Experience connecting solutions across multiple systems and technologies. Working knowledge of required technologies, including third-party solutions. Understanding of emerging and future technology trends.

Compensation

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
