When Teal is the better pick
If you want a free resume builder and job tracker, are applying to a handful of roles and are happy to finish each form yourself with its autofill, Teal covers a lot without paying. It also keeps saved jobs, contacts and companies in one place, and its free plan has no time limit.
When Litos fits better
If the application is the slow part. Litos builds the tailored resume for the posting from experience you gave it, fills the employer's form, including each Workday page, and answers the screening questions from your saved profile. It asks when it has no answer instead of guessing, and sends on its own only when you turn that on.
Before you switch
Cancelling Teal+ from your account settings stops future billing at the end of the current period, and does not trigger a refund on its own. Teal considers refund requests sent to its member support team within 2 calendar days of the billing period start on the weekly plan, 7 days on the monthly plan and 14 days on quarterly or annual plans.
