Comparison

The best job application autofill extensions for Chrome, Workday included.

For free autofill where you press submit yourself, Simplify Copilot is the default pick: no fill limit, and Workday is among the portals it names. Jobright, Careerflow and JobWizard also name Workday, while Teal and Huntr pair autofill with a job tracker. Litos, which publishes this page, fills Workday page by page with a resume tailored to the posting, and sending on your behalf is a setting you turn on.

Checked on 29 September 2026 against each tool's own site and Chrome Web Store listing. Litos publishes this page and makes one of the tools listed.

Free autofill with no limit

Simplify Copilot

Simplify Copilot fills applications from your Simplify profile, can draft answers to job-specific questions, and saves every application you submit to a job tracker. Simplify says autofill, the tracker, job matches and a basic resume builder stay free for everyone, with no limit on how many applications you fill. Simplify+ ($19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for three months) adds AI-tailored resume versions and cover letters, and Simplify says you can review and edit anything it generates.

Worth knowing: Its resume tools are built around a score and a list of missing keywords. Use the list to find experience you forgot to mention, not to chase the number.

Free autofill with a tailored resume attached

Jobright Autofill

Jobright Autofill fills the application form and can attach a resume Jobright tailored for that job. Jobright says every feature is free to use, that resume tailoring has daily usage limits because it costs more to run, and that a paid option gives unlimited access. Its own guide says it works on Workday and Greenhouse, and that you review, adjust and submit each application yourself.

Worth knowing: Jobright does not publish the price of its paid plan, so check it at checkout before you rely on unlimited tailoring.

Autofill inside a wider career toolkit

Careerflow

Careerflow's extension fills applications from your Careerflow profile, flags anything that needs manual input, and logs the application in its job tracker once you submit. The same extension carries a LinkedIn profile optimizer, cover letters and a job tracker. Premium ($8.99 a week) adds unlimited AI resumes and cover letters, and Premium Plus ($19.99 a week) adds AI mock interviews.

Worth knowing: The free plan lists autofill as limited without saying how far, so check the limit in your account before you plan a week of applications around it.

A weekly free allowance and one-off passes

JobWizard

JobWizard fills Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and other application pages, including multi-page forms, then leaves you to review and submit. The free plan covers 30 job autofills a week. JobWizard lists pay-once 30-day passes at $19.99 for Plus and $39.99 for Pro, with 200 and unlimited autofills a week. It also offers an auto-renew option. It writes cover letters and finds referrers on LinkedIn.

Worth knowing: Answers to open-ended questions share the weekly count with autofill, so 30 free fills can run out before 30 applications do.

A job tracker first, with free autofill

Huntr

Huntr is a job tracker first: its extension saves postings from any site to a kanban board and fills application forms from your Huntr profile in one click. The free plan lists unlimited application autofills, 2 job-tailored resumes and tracking for up to 100 jobs. Pro is $40 a month, $90 every 3 months or $160 every 6 months, with unlimited tailoring and cover letters.

Worth knowing: Huntr's autofill page says the first hundred jobs on your board are free and anything above that needs the $40 monthly plan, which is tighter than its pricing page reads. Check before you count on it for volume.

Autofill alongside a free resume builder

Teal

Teal's autofill runs through the same free Chrome extension that saves jobs, contacts and companies to its tracker. It fills applications from the resume you keep in Teal and can draft answers to open-ended questions, which Teal says you can review and edit before you submit. Teal+ is $13 every 7 days, $29 every 30 days or $79 every 90 days.

Worth knowing: Teal's Chrome Web Store listing describes saving jobs, contacts and companies and does not mention autofill; the autofill is described on Teal's own site.

A tailored resume and a filled application, Workday page by page

Litos

Litos tailors a resume to the posting from your own experience and fills that employer's application, from its web dashboard or from the Chrome extension on a posting you found yourself. On Workday it fills one page at a time and can show a capture of each filled page. By default it waits for you to review and press submit. Automatic sending is a setting you turn on: in the extension it runs a 15-second countdown you can cancel, and it stops for missing or conflicting answers, anything you have to swear to and checks that you are human.

Worth knowing: Litos publishes this page. Each employer's forms differ, so some pages can still need you.

How we checked.

Every fact about another extension comes from that tool's own website, help center, pricing page or Chrome Web Store listing, read on the date above and linked under each tool. User counts and ratings are the figures each Chrome Web Store listing showed that day; the store rounds them and updates ratings daily. We did not buy paid plans or run the extensions against the same application, so this compares what each tool states, not a hands-on test. Where a tool's own pages disagree, we say so. Facts about Litos come from its privacy policy, feature pages and pricing page, and Litos's own store figures are left out.

Questions.

What is the best job application autofill extension?

For free autofill you submit yourself, Simplify Copilot: it has no fill limit and names Workday among over 100 supported portals. If you want a weekly free allowance and a pay-once 30-day pass, JobWizard. If you want the resume tailored to each posting and the application filled in one flow, with the option to let it send, Litos.

Which autofill extensions work on Workday?

Simplify Copilot, Jobright Autofill, Careerflow and JobWizard name Workday on their own sites, and Litos fills Workday one page at a time. Teal and Huntr do not name Workday or any other applicant tracking system on the pages we read.

Is there a free job application autofill extension?

Yes. Simplify Copilot has no limit on autofill, Huntr's pricing page lists unlimited autofills, Teal has a free-forever plan, Jobright is free with daily limits on some features, JobWizard gives 30 autofills a week and Careerflow lists autofill as limited. Litos has no free plan.

Do autofill extensions submit the application for you?

The six other extensions here fill the form and leave the submit press to you. Litos also waits for you by default; automatic sending is a setting you turn on, and it still stops for missing answers, anything you have to swear to and human checks.

What should I check before submitting an autofilled application?

Read the work history dates, the answers about work authorization and sponsorship, the salary field and the attached resume. Autofill copies what your profile says, so a stale profile fills the form wrong in the same way on every application.
